Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Southern Province Cement Company has recommended a cash dividend of SAR 1.25 per share for the second half (H2) of 2021.

The company would pay SAR 175 million, representing 12.5% of the capital, for a total of 140 million eligible shares, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Southern Province Cement will announce the eligibility and distribution dates at a later time.

It is worth noting that in the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, the company’s net profits decreased to SAR 83 million, compared to SAR 150 million in Q3-20.
